This notice explains how Xtreamflix processes personal data when you visit Xtreamflix, set privacy choices or interact with content and advertising.

Data processed
- Technical connection and security data, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and errors.
- Language and consent preferences stored in the browser.
- Without analytics consent, Google Consent Mode keeps Analytics storage denied and may send cookieless measurement signals; with consent, Google Analytics 4 also processes page views, navigation events, referrer, browser/device information and approximate geography.
- With marketing consent: data and identifiers used by advertising partners after their technologies load.
- Xtreamflix does not require a public account or directly collect payment data.

Google Analytics 4
The measurement ID is G-PHGKHWTPFX. The tag loads with Google Consent Mode set to denied before any configuration command: without consent it cannot use Analytics storage or create Analytics cookies, but it may send cookieless measurement signals. Analytics storage is granted only after a positive choice.
Google may process data under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google Analytics terms (https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/).
Advertising
Advertising scripts are blocked until marketing consent. After consent, services reached through highperformanceformat.com and effectivecpmnetwork.com may use their own technologies and notices.
Consent can be withdrawn from “Your privacy choices” in the footer. The page reloads to stop already activated scripts.
Recipients, transfers and retention
- Technical hosting, security, analytics and advertising providers process data only as required for their services; some may use lawful transfer mechanisms outside the EEA.
- Consent choices remain in the browser for up to 180 days and language preference for up to 12 months.
- Accepted Google Analytics cookies may last up to 24 months; property data follows the retention configured in the Analytics account.
- Security data is retained only as needed for diagnostics, protection and legal duties.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object by writing to privacy@xtreamflix.com. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
You may also complain to your competent data protection authority; the Italian authority is available at https://www.garanteprivacy.it/.
Technical controls reduce tracking before consent; final legal assurance still requires complete controller identification and contractual review of providers.
