As the dead walk again, a police officer searches for a murderer. In Wausau, Wisconsin, Deputy Dana Cypress is investigating a murder in unique conditions. Those thought to be dead are suddenly revived, retaining their personality, appearance, and memories and living as normal. In the midst of this miracle, Dana must discover who is responsible for this mysterious murder and now suddenly has even more suspects than before.
