In 2011, Montreal’s indie scene is thriving, and Grace Pine is a young music critic trying to document the whole thing while writing a commissioned book. Grace finds herself falling in with local band Bone Patrol and follows them between packed concerts and backstage rooms, where she gains an insight into life as a professional musician.
