A grieving woman takes up falconry, teaching her about freedom and the art of and letting go After the sudden death of her father, the grieving Helen finds comfort in returning to their mutual passion for bird watching and exploring nature together. After taking up falconry as a new hobby, and training the goshawk Mabel to fly free, she realises how much she has neglected her own sense of freedom in her own life.
